Project Description

This project involved comprehensive repair and maintenance of floodlighting systems and cable tray infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient facility operations. All works were executed in strict compliance with Saudi Aramco standards and procedures, focusing on system performance, safety, and long-term durability.

Scope of Work

• • Deployment of qualified manpower and technical supervision
• • Provision of:

1. Tools
2. Equipment
3. Transportation
4. Certified man-lifts
5. • Supply of all materials except power cables
6. • Joint site surveys with Operations team
7. • Preparation and submission of a detailed action plan for approval

• • Repair and replacement of:

1. Lamps
2. Ballasts
3. Photocells
4. Cables
5. Fuses

• • Complete light fixtures
• • Cleaning of floodlight fixtures and surrounding areas
• • Execution of civil works when required:

1. Excavation
2. Backfilling
3. Asphalting

• • Coordination with Saudi Aramco for:

1. Scaffolding support (provided by Aramco)

Cable Tray Repair Works

• • Provision of manpower, tools, equipment, and certified man-lifts
• • Conducting joint site surveys
• • Submission of approved work execution plan
• • Removal of defective cable trays
• • Installation of new cable trays as per approved quantities
• • Coordination with Saudi Aramco for:

1. Material supply
2. Scaffolding support

Commercial Terms

• • Work executed on a unit-rate basis

2. Civil works
3. Cable tray installation & removal
